Meet the Teacher
Hi! I'm Miss Sizemore. I am a second grade teacher at Literacy First Charter School. This is my fifth year working for LFCS, and I cannot imagine a more supportive and encouraging place to work. Here, each child is known, every family is appreciated, and a love of learning is fostered.

My mission as an educator is to inspire my students to become independent, creative and confident thinkers characterized by their perseverance and integrity, while modeling a passion for lifelong learning.
Along with the title of teacher, I am also a daughter, sister, and a friend. My family is from San Diego, and I was born and raised here. My friends and I enjoy traveling, going hiking, and trying new restaurants. Ever since I was little I knew I wanted to be a teacher, and fostered my passion by volunteering during school and at church. I truly believe that every parent wants their child to succeed, and that every child has the ability to achieve their dreams!
